CoH 2 - US Forces Commander: Recon Support Company description
US Forces Commander: Recon Support Company
The Recon Support Company is a tactical experience centered around intelligence and reconnaissance in Company of Heroes 2. This adept Commander excels at gathering enemy intelligence and swiftly responding to battlefield dynamics. Utilizing advanced techniques, the Commander can deploy Forward Observers, allowing riflemen squads to observe enemy movements from cover or garrisoned positions.
A key asset is the I&R Pathfinders, a specialized squad capable of calling down powerful artillery barrages. The fast and lightly armored M8 Greyhound offers effective support against enemy infantry, enabling rapid mobility. Furthermore, a Recon Sweep provides aerial reconnaissance, performing high-altitude sweeps across the battlefield to gather crucial information.
One of the highlights of this Commander is the ability to deploy Airdropped Combat Groups, which parachute two squads of Paratroopers along with an AT Gun, randomly equipped, into the heat of battle. This flexibility allows the Recon Support Company to maintain a tactical edge, adapting quickly to ever-changing combat scenarios.
