At the start of the game, Edna awakens in a padded cell with no recollection of her past. Determined to reclaim her freedom, she and Harvey embark on a whimsical journey throughout the asylum. Along the way, they encounter an array of eccentric characters, including a man in a bee costume and the unusual pseudo-Siamese twins, Hoti and Moti. However, they must face the cunning Dr. Marcel, who will do anything to prevent Edna's escape.

As Edna gradually recovers her memories, players will enjoy over 20 hours of twisted humor, engaging dialogues, and an array of unforgettable, insane characters. The game features a unique comic art style, unlockable achievements, and is available with voiceovers in both German and English.
