Miasmata is an immersive first-person survival/adventure game created by brothers Joe and Bob Johnson. Step into the shoes of Robert Hughes, a scientist afflicted by a deadly plague, as you embark on a treacherous quest to discover a cure. Your journey begins on a remote and enigmatic island, rich in history, once home to indigenous people whose remnants and monuments still dot the landscape.

As you explore the lush and intricately designed environment, you will encounter a plethora of vibrant flora and fauna. Beware, however, as a formidable and mysterious creature lurks in the shadows, capable of stalking you across the island. Utilize stealth and cunning to survive this deadly world—craft medicines from plants and fungi, find essential resources, and seek shelter to combat the harsh effects of illness and fatigue.

The game features a ground-up engine boasting advanced voxel-based graphics, realistic water effects, and atmospheric simulations.
