Train Simulator: Class 67 Diamond Jubilee Loco Add-On

Step into the role of a driver for the Queen aboard the Royal Train to celebrate her Jubilee, powered by the iconic Class 67 Diesel Electric locomotive. Built in Spain in 1999 by Alstom, the Class 67 features a General Motors engine and transmission, setting it apart as an upgraded version of the widely used Class 66. With enhanced gearing, the Class 67 boasts impressive operational speeds of up to 125 mph on UK tracks.

Initially designated for Mail Train services until 2003, the Class 67 has since embraced various roles, with its most prestigious assignment being the Royal Train since 2004. Notably, two units were specially repainted into the Royal Claret livery for these occasions. In a nod to history, the locomotive number 67 026 was renamed 'Diamond Jubilee' in 2012, adorned in a commemorative silver livery to honor the Queen's remarkable 60 years on the throne.

This add-on includes the Class 67 in both DB Schenker silver and the special Diamond Jubilee livery, along with Mk1 and Mk2 coaches in Royal Claret. Experience the iconic scenario "Diamond in the Rough" set on the Great Western Main Line between Oxford and Paddington.
