Pathologic Classic HD

Pathologic Classic HD is the Definitive Edition of the original Indie Cult Classic, a Psychological First-Person Survival game that immerses players in a bizarre and ominous town, steeped in mystery and despair. Once a drover settlement near a monstrous abattoir, the town's social structure has evolved strangely over generations. A sudden outbreak of a lethal disease, which neither prayers nor science could combat, drives three outsiders to seek answers and salvation.

Players take on the role of one of three unique characters: a ruthless investigator, a far-sighted surgeon with a dark legacy, and an eccentric girl rumored to possess mystical healing powers. Each character's story is deeply interconnected, presenting players with a rich narrative woven with moral dilemmas, where good intentions often fall short against overwhelming despair.

Experience over 70 hours of real-time gameplay, where time is of the essence, and your actions directly affect the unfolding world. Explore a vast open world, engage with the town's inhabitants, and make difficult choices to ensure your survival amidst the creeping plague. Pathologic Classic HD offers restored content, new voice-overs, updated visuals, and immersive storytelling that delivers an unforgettable and haunting experience.
