Set five years after the events of the original Jedi Knight game, "Mysteries of the Sith" sees Kyle Katarn training a new ally, Mara Jade, at a peaceful Rebel outpost. This game draws from Timothy Zahn's renowned novel, "Heir to the Empire," introducing Mara Jade, a character with a rich background as a former smuggler and Emperor's Hand, now embarking on her journey as a Jedi Knight.
Players will explore 14 cinematic levels across 13 diverse locations, including the perilous terrains of wampa-infested swamps and the ominous fortress of the infamous Ka'Pa the Hutt. Armed with four new weapon types—such as a carbonite gun and a powerful repeating blaster cannon—Mara Jade can immerse herself in intense combat.
The game introduces five new Force powers, like Force Push and Saber Throw, enhancing gameplay and strategy. Over two dozen new enemies await players, ranging from gladiators to frightening Sith creatures.
