The Warpath Campaign is an official expansion for Empire: Total War™ that introduces a richly detailed North American Campaign Map. Players can immerse themselves in intense battles while leading one of five new American Indian factions: the Iroquois, Huron, Plains, Pueblo, and Cherokee nations. This campaign presents the opportunity to engage in a fierce struggle to defend your territory and repel invaders.

In addition to the immersive single-player experience, players can also take their unique units into multiplayer battles, showcasing the diverse strengths of each faction. The expansion introduces new elite units such as the Mohawk Elite Warriors, Cheyenne Dog Soldiers, and Navajo Scout Warriors, enhancing the strategic depth of gameplay.

Two new agent types, the Shaman and Scout, offer additional gameplay mechanics, allowing players to infiltrate enemy territories and sabotage foes. Furthermore, 18 new tribal technologies create a robust technology tree with innovations like Spirit Medicine, the Call of the Wild, and Dreamwalking. Each faction comes with new winning objectives, enriching the experience for both single-player and multiplayer modes.
