Radio General is a unique real-time strategy game that immerses players in the challenging role of a WWII commander who must rely solely on verbal communication with troops over the radio. With an intricate command tent as your base of operations, you will receive and interpret reports from your units while issuing commands based on often confusing and incomplete information.

Utilizing advanced speech recognition technology and featuring full voice-acting, players will feel the intensity of leading their forces as they face the chaos of battle. Behind the scenes, factors such as ammunition, morale, camouflage, sight, and stamina are carefully modeled, influencing tactical decisions. Terrain plays a critical role; whether your units are positioned on a hill for increased spotting distance or hidden in a forest for ambushes, each decision can determine the outcome of encounters.

Players engage with the perspective of the 1st Canadian Army, participating in significant historical events including the Dieppe Raid and the Normandy landings. The game also allows for cooperative play and includes a user-friendly map editor to recreate and share historical battles through Steam Workshop, enriching the experience for all players.
