Talisman - The Realm of Souls Expansion description
Description of Talisman: The Realm of Souls Expansion
The Realm of Souls expansion brings a thrilling twist to Talisman: Digital Edition, introducing the King of the Dead and his formidable forces from the afterlife. In this exclusive digital expansion, death transforms gameplay—characters who die will rise as ghosts, leaving a Grave marker at their demise. This significant mechanic allows players to navigate the land of the dead, enriching their adventure.
While playing, you'll encounter unique ‘Veil’ cards, which weave the influence of the afterlife into the living world. Engage in battles with enemy spirits and reclaim your mortal form with strategic gameplay. The expansion features three exciting new characters:
- Archon: Gain overload tokens that enable you to impact opponents when they cast spells.
- Spectre Collector: Encounter spirits and harness their power, enhancing your combat abilities against other spirits.
- Clairvoyant: Manipulate fate and change cards during gameplay to suit your strategies.
Additionally, the expansion includes 6 Adventure Cards, 3 Spell Cards, 70 Veil Cards, 3 Terrain Cards, and 2 Alternative Endings, providing endless possibilities for your adventure. Experience a new dimension in the Talisman universe where death is just the beginning!
