Siluman Fantasy - First Half - is an intriguing RPG adventure that follows the life of "Minoru," a typical NEET who finds his mundane existence turned upside down. Living in a run-down apartment paid for by his late grandfather, he enjoys his life of solitude until a mysterious package arrives. Within it lies a strange device and a message that catapults him into an alternate world rife with monsters and captivating women.

In this new realm, Minoru's quest centers around collecting Lust and Libido energy from various monster girls while uncovering the truth behind his abduction and finding a way back home. Players will face the challenge of defeating monster girl bosses across five uniquely designed stages, each filled with bizarre gimmicks and secrets.

The choices made throughout the game will ultimately determine Minoru’s fate, allowing him to become a dominator, a savior, or remain a deadbeat.
