Simple Movie is an innovative simulation, crafting, and sandbox game that invites players to step into the multifaceted role of a filmmaker. In this engaging experience, you become the writer, producer, and director of your very own short film. The ultimate goal is to create a captivating video that features fixed background music and subtitles.

As the screenwriter, you will craft a compelling story, while as the director, you’ll have the pivotal responsibility of choosing the cast, overseeing production design, and managing all creative aspects of filmmaking.

The game utilizes NPC-mation, a unique animated filmmaking technique that gives life to non-player characters (NPCs). By manipulating these characters in small increments between individual frames, you can achieve fluid motion in your film. Each scene consists of various lines, each containing specified actors or items, animations, camera angles, speeds, and subtitles, allowing for intricate storytelling.

Please note that the output video quality will depend on your installed video codec, as Simple Movie does not include any video codec by default (except for uncompressed video).
