Talisman - The Cataclysm Expansion description
Talisman: The Cataclysm Expansion
Venture into a ravaged world where civilization attempts to rise from the ashes of destruction. The Cataclysm Expansion radically transforms the Talisman experience with a new main board that reflects the lands reshaped by the Cataclysm, featuring home ruins and wandering inhabitants.
This expansion introduces diverse new card types: Talisman Cards now offer unique effects beyond mere passage, while Denizen Cards are filled with merchants and mystics ready to influence your journey—though beware, as treachery lurks, such as the Enchantress who could turn you into a toad!
Discover hidden secrets with Remnant Cards that unveil treasures and characters, or alter space effects with Terrain Cards. The challenge intensifies with the Cult of the Damned, where cultists threaten to claim the Crown of Command; the fate of the realm hangs in the balance as you seek allies or face off against foes.
With options for new characters like the Arcane Scion, Barbarian, and Scavenger, each brings distinct abilities to navigate this perilous adventure. Gather your resources and prepare for a journey through Talisman like never before!
