How to Sing to Open Your Heart
How to Sing to Open Your Heart is a fully voiced romantic otome visual novel and the next entry in the Story of Eroolia series. It shares the same world with the previous games How to Take Off Your Mask and How to Fool a Liar King. This time, Princess Myana—the cat-eared heroine from Laarz—takes the stage as the central figure. She leads the cat people and travels to the human country Eroolia to bridge two worlds with her song.
Storytelling centers on whether a single song can heal a fractured alliance between humans and luccretias and spark true love. As Myana faces prejudice and political tension in Eroolia, she must decide how far she will go to unite two nations. Meanwhile, imperial guard captain Ludovic questions whether unity is possible or if severed ties are the safer path.
Gameplay emphasizes branching romance and character-focused routes, all fully voiced to bring the characters and their emotions to life. Player choices shape relationships and the progression of Myana’s journey, blending heartfelt romance with personal and political challenges in a richly developed world.
World and tone stay true to the Story of Eroolia universe, delivering a blend of warmth, humor, and drama as lovers and allies navigate cultural divides. The central question remains: can a song bridge two peoples, or will loyalty to one country deepen the divide?
