Hammurabi's personal ability, “Ninu Ilu Sirum,” further enriches the gameplay by enabling the construction of the lowest-cost building for free in specialty districts for the first time, along with granting bonus Envoys for each newly built district.Adding to the strategy are the Sabum Kibittum, an Ancient Era melee unit that boasts increased Combat Strength against Cavalry and enhanced Movement and Sight. The Palgum, a unique building that replaces the Watermill, offers additional Production and Housing benefits, scaling with surrounding Freshwater resources.This pack also introduces the “Heroes and Legends” game mode, featuring historic figures with unique abilities to aid your civilization.
