Patent9 - Goddess of Trust description
Patent9 - Goddess of Trust
Patent9 is a captivating noir sci-fi mystery visual novel set against the backdrop of a neon-lit, rain-soaked deco cityscape. Players follow the story of Lang, a troubled bioengineer beset by bizarre visions that compel him to create a series of artificial life forms known as "Patents." These creations are driven by his desire to forge the ultimate being, one that promises to alter the trajectory of his life for better or worse.
As Lang delves deeper into the mysteries of his visions, he encounters a myriad of intriguing yet perilous characters lurking in the shadowy alleys of the City. These encounters not only challenge his perceptions but also draw him into a web spun by powerful dark forces that want to exploit his groundbreaking work for their own nefarious purposes.
In this journey, players are invited to explore profound questions: To what lengths will one go to escape the suffocating grasp of reality? What if the key to salvation lies in accepting the visions that haunt Lang, driven by the essence of a being born from dreams? Will you dare to embrace the uncertainty and make the leap of faith?
