Sid Meier's Civilization® VI: Ethiopia Pack description
Sid Meier's Civilization® VI: Ethiopia Pack
The Ethiopia Pack introduces Menelik II as the leader of Ethiopia, a civilization designed to thrive on cities built in hilly terrains. With a unique emphasis on generating Faith, Ethiopia leverages Menelik's distinctive ability, the "Council of Ministers," to enhance both Science and Culture. As part of this pack, players can explore the new Secret Societies game mode, presenting mysterious organizations that provide powerful advantages to civilization.
This pack features the Ethiopian civilization along with the Oromo Cavalry, a unique unit boasting improved Combat Strength and heightened Sight, free from movement penalties on Hills. Additionally, players can utilize the Rock-Hewn Church, a tile improvement that enhances Faith production and remains resilient against natural disasters.
With the Aksumite Legacy ability, Ethiopian cities gain extra Faith from resources, especially when trade routes stem from resource-rich locations. Menelik II's leadership further amplifies this Faith generation into valuable Culture and Science outputs. Lastly, the introduction of the Diplomatic Quarter district and its associated buildings, such as the Consulate and Chancery, enhances foreign relations, making diplomatic strategies vital in this gameplay expansion.
