Heart Fragment is a mystery‑driven otome game where your choices shape a fate filled with romance, danger, and questions about humanity. You play as a customizable protagonist (default name Xani) trying to cope with loss while a life‑altering revelation begins to unfold: you are not entirely human. When a friend disappears and a sudden attack leaves you wounded, a cast of enigmatic characters enters your life, testing trust, loyalty, and what it means to belong. Across four books, six main routes blend romantic, platonic, and family bonds, with a spectrum of endings, including dangerous bad outcomes. Hundreds of in‑game decisions let you steer the story and, at the same time, influence the protagonist’s evolving personality as you chase answers and a hopeful ending. From the start you cross paths with Kay, a mysterious young man whose smile hints at secrets, and Clive, who seems to appear at just the right moment to challenge your perceptions.
