Rituals in the Dark description
Rituals in the Dark
Set in the quiet seaside town of Scarborough, Rituals in the Dark follows the story of Aspen Draper, who becomes an unwitting celebrity after the mysterious death of her elderly neighbor, Mrs. Leigh. Over six months, Aspen struggles to evade relentless curiosity surrounding the tragic event, especially as the local rumors suggest that Mrs. Leigh's house is haunted by her restless spirit.
As the seasons change, the vacant house remains unsold, and soon, during a sleepover with her friends Pippa and Lakhi, Aspen is challenged to confront her fears. A daring venture into the haunted home leads her to an unexpected encounter with a mysterious girl named Althea. Aspen quickly discovers that Althea knows more about her than she ought, sparking a haunting connection that entwines them both.
Rich in atmosphere, Rituals in the Dark offers a captivating storyline with approximately 50,000 words of immersive text and no branching choices. With detailed backgrounds, CGs, and an evocative soundtrack inspired by The Cure, this visual novel unravels a sweet lesbian romance perfect for all ages.
