With an impressive 1,000 horsepower, over 860 units of the BR 204 were built, making them a crucial part of medium traffic across East Germany. Following the reunification of Germany, these locomotives were reclassified to the DB BR 204 and adapted primarily for shunting duties.

Players can immerse themselves in the operational experience with three engaging Career scenarios designed specifically for the Inselbahn: Stralsund – Sassnitz route. The included scenarios are:
