Each time you run out of gas or your vehicle suffers damage, you can access the upgrades menu, but beware: failing to reach your next checkpoint means restarting from the last one. Collect hardware by defeating zombies to enhance your vehicle and unlock up to 60 upgrade levels, including improvements to the motor, fuel tank, and armor, along with powerful additions like a nitro bottle, turret, and flamethrower.
