Core idea

Found and grow cities to access resources scattered across a dynamic world. You choose where to place buildings, while each city autonomously manages citizen needs, budgets, and trades. The player collects a percentage of taxes from city trades, letting your treasury rise as your network expands.

Autonomous economy

Cities operate their own markets, buying and selling resources and goods. They balance happiness, budget, and revenue without micromanagement from you. Wealthier cities feel more generous, poorer towns are stingier, and happier citizens pay higher taxes—fueling a steadily growing income for the realm. Your role is to guide where resources flow, when to invest in production, and how to maximize trades across the map.

Defense, exploration, and risk

Knights can be sent to scout new lands or protect your economy from robbers drawn by wealth. Exploration unlocks fresh resources and trade routes, while security ensures your cities keep growing without sudden shocks to the treasury.

Castle commerce and improvements

Purchase goods through the castle to satisfy city needs and unlock improvements. Trade strategically to maximize profit, or stockpile essential resources for harder times when markets shift. The economy rewards careful planning, not frantic micromanagement.
