This expansion introduces two new factions—Czechoslovakia and the Netherlands—each with unique army compositions and organizational structures, enhancing tactical diversity and operational complexity.The Czechoslovak People's Army, prior to the 1968 intervention, was recognized for its capability and reliability but underwent significant political purges, affecting its morale and effectiveness. Players will explore the unique tactical organization, which, while largely following Soviet patterns, includes local variations that set it apart from other Warsaw Pact forces.Conversely, the Royal Netherlands Army provides a modern, well-led, yet often overlooked military presence in Western Europe, equipped with a diverse array of vehicles, including Centurion tanks and advanced Leopard models.
