The newly introduced Axis Hall of Records tracks all-time leaders in various stats across single games, seasons, and careers.

Gameplay enhancements include a complete NFL-style overtime rule set with a coin toss, along with touchdown and play celebrations for an immersive experience. The addition of field flipping allows offenses to drive in both directions, while redesigned AI intelligently manages play-calling and clock management. The player editor now enables position changes and comprehensive career stats across all teams a player has been on.

Customization is also refined with a redesigned uniform editor, team logo and color editors, and the ability to modify field styles and endzone designs. Players can immerse themselves in various game modes, including Player vs. AI, Coach Mode, and Franchise Mode, with features like player contracts, free agency, and dynamic league structures providing depth and realism.
