Charlie II

Charlie II is a nostalgic 2D side-scrolling platform game that invites players to embark on an exciting adventure filled with challenges and collectibles. Navigate through beautifully designed levels where you will sprint, leap, and explore every corner, gathering coins, diamonds, and various power-ups along the way. Your ultimate goal is to collect enough treasures to unlock the exit of each level, with required percentages varying based on the difficulty setting: 45% for easy, 60% for normal, and 75% for hard.

Throughout the game, players will encounter numerous enemies which can be dispatched by jumping on them. Additionally, diving into water will reveal hidden areas ripe for exploration. Players are encouraged to gather seven collectible letters (C, H, A, R, L, I, E) in each level, which enhance exploration but are not critical for completion.

Initially, levels must be completed in a linear fashion, but secret exits will unlock hidden levels indicated by a '?'. Once the game is completed, players can revisit any level to discover remaining secrets and achieve 100% completion. Charlie II is designed for modern systems, supporting both OpenGL and DirectX for optimal performance.
