Clunky Hero

Clunky Hero is a humorous, story-driven platformer metroidvania that integrates RPG elements and Hack’n’Slash mechanics. Set in a charming world with hand-drawn backgrounds, this game invites players to explore a variety of nearly 50 levels across 9 distinct areas. The story follows Rufus, a seemingly dull peasant whose life takes a turn when the Evil One kidnaps his witty wife, Brunilde. Transformed into a quirky doll, she watches her reflection while Rufus takes up the mantle of the Clunky Hero, donning a makeshift helmet and wielding a broom to confront the forces of evil.

Players can learn 8 unique skills, such as Double Jump, Dash, and Rocket Leap, and customize their hero with various weapons and items found in shops throughout the game.
