Three open-ended worlds—the Canyons, the Swamp, and the Mountains—are filled with abominable monsters, restless spirits, and dark phenomena. Explore at your own pace and uncover hidden stashes, lore, and powerful artifacts as you progress.

Playtime and missions: It typically takes over 20 hours to complete all three scenarios, with 35+ hours to see everything these forsaken lands offer.

Inspired by Thief, S.T.A.L.K.E.R., and Hunt: Showdown, Blood West rewards a careful approach: scout, stalk, and strike from the shadows. Can you clear a fort full of ghouls without raising an alarm?

The Barren Lands twist classic western myth with Lovecraftian horror. Curses corrupt living things, desecrate the land, and summon dark entities. Magic and occult dangers sit beside gunplay and brutal combat.

Meet fully voiced NPCs who are both prisoners and potential allies. Do favors, trade, or form uneasy alliances; misstep and you’ll incur their wrath. The game encourages exploration and player choice, with vendors selling maps and information to guide your path.

Combat and loadouts: stealth or confrontation — your call. Arm yourself with a wide arsenal: revolvers, rifles, shotguns, carbines, magic-infused or possessed weapons. For those who prefer melee, there are hand-to-hand and archery options as well.

Progression and customization: an RPG-like perk system lets you tailor your playstyle. Gain experience, unlock a skill tree, and discover artifacts that grant new abilities. Combine skills and gear to unlock multiple playstyles in a single playthrough.

Loot and storage: scavenging is endless, with a dedicated stash crate for rare potions and items you hoard along the way.
