This version incorporates all previous content from the IL-2 franchise, including Forgotten Battles, Ace Expansion Pack, and Pacific Fighters, transforming what began as a focused study sim into a comprehensive anthology.

With a staggering 229 flyable aircraft and over 300 total aircraft, players can engage in both historical and alternate history campaigns. The game introduces 36 new planes, including fighters and bombers, along with four massive new maps covering key regions such as Kiev and Manchuria.

Enhancing realism, IL-2: 1946 offers nine new campaigns featuring nearly 200 missions.
