Icarus description

Welcome to ICARUS, a thrilling session-based PvE survival experience set on a toxic alien planet. After a terraforming mission fails, humanity's dreams of colonization crumble, yet the discovery of rare exotic materials sparks an interstellar gold rush. As a prospector, your goal is to embark on timed missions to collect valuable resources. Success in these missions earns you the reputation of a veteran, while failure can leave you stranded forever on the perilous surface of Icarus.Navigating this unforgiving environment requires careful planning and preparation. The planet is fraught with challenges, including a toxic atmosphere, hostile wildlife, and unpredictable weather events that can turn the tide against you in seconds. Every biome offers unique resources, allowing players to harvest, craft, and improve their survival odds through skill investments and technology.Team up with up to seven other prospectors to explore the diverse landscapes, gather exotics, and build a permanent outpost. But be warned: riskier missions yield better rewards, though they also increase the chance of total loss. Remember, the orbital dropship waits for no one—return in time or lose everything. Will you rise to the challenge the alien world presents?
