Three dynamic environments

On the sea, ready your ship and crew or strike out alone to bomb, ram, or board rivals and seize control of islands. In the forests, uncover essential gear and your favorite rum inside shipwrecks, abandoned villages, and ruined sites to outpace competitors and improve your chances in the next clash.

Inside the caves, moor at a hidden pirate lair and use treasure maps to outpace other crews. Complete objectives, place your gold on the cursed altar, and defend it against hostile fleets to seal the raid’s fate in your favor.

Free-roam and adaptive objectives

Treasure Royale blends open exploration with mission-driven play. Your path is yours to choose, yet every route collides with rivals as you pursue loot. The game favors randomness in loot placement and adapts objectives to keep raids intense. Spawns shift with the weather, ensuring sailing stays challenging and the pace stays relentless.

Curses, legends, and second chances

The tales are true—and so is the curse. Race to recover Kraken gold before rival crews, or forever haunt the Damned Island. Avoid the hell ring at all costs, yet exploit the curse to turn the odds in your favor. Fallen pirates can fight again in a second chance ritual performed by living comrades, or you can pay with your own blood to summon a new vessel.

Weaponry and ship combat

Arm yourself with a broad arsenal: flintlock pistols and four-barreled revolvers, revolving rifles, and hand cannons for on-deck skirmishes. For heavier hitters, cannons and mortars mounted on ships are at your disposal—or simply steal a bigger gun when the moment calls for it.
