If obstacles stand in your way, you’ll improvise with practical heavy‑haul solutions: dismantling guard rails, removing or re‑routing road signs, calculating bridge heights, or laying ground plates with a crane so your cargo can reach its destination undamaged. This authentic workflow mirrors real‑world heavy transport operations and tests both planning and execution.

Heavy Cargo is developed in close cooperation with Gruber Logistics and recreates the work of a heavy‑haul specialist in a convincing, realistic way. You decide how missions unfold—from the initial plan to the final delivery. Loading and unloading large freight with cranes is a core mechanic, with nearly 30 orders spanning various weights and sizes, each requiring careful handling and precise timing.

Escort vehicles accompany your convoy, guiding you through country roads, highways, and purposefully crafted towns and villages within a huge route network. You’ll complete missions to earn a detailed evaluation at the end, unlocking more than 100 add‑on parts, over 20 interior decorations, new truck models, and additional missions, expanding your fleet and capabilities.

The game emphasizes authentic transport operations: oversize loads, preceding and following vehicles, and meticulous route preparation. From planning to on‑road execution, you’ll manage all aspects of the journey, including the logistics of roadworks and temporary alterations to the route.

Vehicle and equipment realism is a highlight: MAN trucks and a variety of real‑life trailers and semitrailers (such as boiler trailers, rotor trailers, and low‑loaders), a dedicated spotting vehicle (Sprinter class) and the MAN TGX, mobile cranes, and truck loading cranes.
