You assume the role of Sophia, a vulnerable nurse who, while working through the night to support her grandmother, uncovers a chilling truth about the clinic's dark past. Upon her arrival, she learns of a horrific ritual that has summoned a sinister Doctor from the depths of Hell, setting the stage for a harrowing escape.

As the ominous Doctor hunts you through the shadowy corridors, players must navigate treacherous environments and confront hellish creatures, including sinister spiders unleashed by the ritual. To survive, you must collect seven critical items scattered throughout the clinic and the surrounding park, which you will need to complete a reverse ritual to banish the Doctor back to the Netherworld.
