Vertical Kingdom immerses players in a post-war world, where a once-mighty Empire lies in ruins. In this strategic game, you assume the role of the Great Architect tasked with restoring the Empire brick by brick. Your journey involves traveling through diverse lands, taking on randomized, roguelite-style expeditions that challenge your resource management and planning skills.

The game features an innovative card-based building system, allowing you to select from five decks each turn. Utilize your cards to construct towering cities while managing essential resources, including food, water, bricks, wood, stone, and metal. Every decision you make is crucial, as all buildings are permanent, leaving no room for mistakes.

As you build upwards, you'll face unique challenges such as treacherous terrain and resource shortages, making each expedition a test of strategy. Collaborate with imperial citizens to boost taxes and resources while securing their loyalty.
