Emiko's Pledge 2 is a 2D platform action game that follows a Half-Demon girl named Emiko as she protects the residents of the Ettaze state from invading enemies. Her homeland is in danger, and Emiko must master her abilities and the environment to keep everyone safe while navigating treacherous terrain, ancient ruins, and lurking threats.

After rescuing Grandpa Jenz, Emiko joins Anzu—the niece of Grandpa Jenz and a member of the Tri-Demon circle—and together they begin a journey toward Simon village. Through the Ettaze ruins and the Zanzoi forest, they uncover the plans of the Penta-Demon tribe, whose goal is to unleash destruction on Ettaze. Eiko, the second Tri-Demon girl, joins the quest when they reach Simon village. During exploration, Emiko becomes separated from Anzu and Eiko and ends up alone inside the eerie Oclatus cave, where she unexpectedly encounters the third formidable member of the Penta-Demon faction. With danger closing in, the player guides Emiko to survive the cave, overcome traps, and reunite with the Tri-Demon team. The fate of Emiko—and of her allies—rests in the player's hands as she presses onward toward safety, confrontation, and reunion.
