Locked Up is a focused, atmospheric visual novel set in autumn 2007. Snezhana returns to the woods for mushroom hunting, a ritual honoring her departed grandparents. She brings along her dog Ayda and seeks out their secret place, only to find it emptied. Driven by curiosity and a lingering connection to the forest, she ventures deeper into a mysterious, unknown area. The setting evokes a time when Soviet cars still held a quiet presence, adding a layer of mood and nostalgia to the journey.

This is a kinetic visual novel: there are no choices to make and no alternate endings. It’s a single, linear narrative designed to be experienced from start to finish, letting the story unfold at its own pace.
