The year is 2040, and you step into the role of an ex-sergeant who has joined a major mining corporation operating in the Belt. Your mission is to establish a mining outpost on an asteroid, where you will extract valuable ore from both large and small rocks scattered across the surface.

Utilize the resources you gather to earn credits, the currency of the Belt, by selling the mined ore through your outpost's management interface. With these credits, you can invest in various upgrades, equipment, and repairs to enhance your mining operations. As you expand your outpost, you can build facilities like landing pads, drone pads, storage units, and solar panels.

Once you accumulate enough funds, purchase a spaceship to mine more efficiently and explore other asteroids. The game encourages collaboration with other players, known as belters, as you engage in tasks to earn additional credits. With realistic simulations of low and zero gravity, as well as various space stations to visit, Belt Colony offers a unique blend of exploration, mining, and base-building in the captivating asteroid belt.
