Escaping is no simple task, as Igor is confined by a straitjacket and surrounded by armed guards ready to use tranquilizers to stop him. The corridors are filled with not just physical obstacles but also the torment of Igor's own mind, as his imaginary friend, Flead, incessantly tries to dissuade him from fleeing.

This game unfolds within a mysterious asylum known for its dark and questionable history of bizarre treatments. Players will navigate through three unique multi-level environments, each brimming with innovative gameplay features. The Special Patients area includes playful kittens, while the Ancient Section houses abandoned machines and hidden explosives. In the Top Secret Area, players will encounter futuristic teleports and other high-tech devices.

As players explore, they'll uncover random notes left by the eccentric Head Doctor, discover captivating artwork, and gather humorous hats. The journey culminates in the revelation of profound truths and the ultimate understanding of this chaotic world.
