Carcassonne - The River description
Carcassonne - The River Expansion
Enhance your Carcassonne experience with the delightful River expansion! This expansion introduces 11 unique river tiles that replace the conventional starting tile, allowing for a fresh and dynamic beginning to your game. As players take turns placing these river tiles, they have the opportunity to construct a beautiful landscape while deploying their meeples strategically.
The River tiles not only serve to modify your starting location but also influence the overall flow of the game. Once all the River tiles have been placed, gameplay seamlessly transitions back to the standard tiles, following the usual rules and illustrations. This addition allows players to distribute landscape features more evenly, creating varied strategies and exciting opportunities for scoring throughout the game.
The River expansion brings a refreshing twist to the classic Carcassonne gameplay, making it perfect for both new and experienced players. Dive into a world of creativity and strategic planning as you embark on your journey to build the picturesque land of Carcassonne!
