SGS Okinawa immerses players in one of the bloodiest battles of World War II—the Battle of Okinawa, also known as Operation Iceberg. This operational strategy game allows you to explore the fierce conflict fought from April 1 until June 22, 1945, between the United States Army and Marine Corps against the Imperial Japanese Army. Players can take command of either side, bringing unique challenges and strategies to the battlefield.

As the American forces, you must navigate your troops, including mobile infantry, tanks, and air support, to fulfill key objectives while minimizing casualties. Conversely, when commanding the Japanese, your focus will be on leveraging well-fortified static defenses like bunkers and trenches, all while attempting to inflict significant losses on the invaders.

Players will encounter a range of scenarios, each lasting 20 to 40 turns, with distinct starting conditions that ensure high replayability. Strategic card play enhances your options and reflects the historical challenges of the battle.
