Order of Battle: Burma Road description
Order of Battle: Burma Road
Step into the shoes of a commander during one of World War II's critical campaigns in Order of Battle: Burma Road. On December 7th, 1941, Japan's surprise attacks leave Allied forces devastated, with a fierce focus on capturing Burma to sever the vital resupply line to China, known as the Burma Road. The stakes are high, as controlling this region would allow Japan to launch direct strikes against British India.
This DLC expands upon the Order of Battle series, immersing you in the dense jungles and challenging terrains of Burma. You will lead British and Allied forces through authentic scenarios, including protecting a British Naval Task Force from aerial attacks, pre-emptively striking into Thailand, and safeguarding Indian Army units as they cross perilous rivers.
Work alongside legendary commanders like Brigadier Orde Wingate, influence major battles such as the defense at Imphal, and experience unique missions that reflect real historical events. With expanded nations and units, you’ll encounter various armies and careful attention to geographical accuracy. Prepare to lead the charge against the formidable Japanese invasion and make history!
