In a city submerged by rain, a mysterious girl in a raincoat steps forward with a small light in her hand. Your quest is to subside the downpour and save the city by guiding lamps and stone posts to life. You become that girl, and as the rain lifts, the truth of who she is begins to emerge, piece by piece, through the glow she brings.
