Skautfold: Usurper

Skautfold: Usurper is an immersive Metroidvania Action-RPG that serves as the sequel to Shrouded in Sanity, yet can be enjoyed independently. Set in an alternate 1898 London, players must confront the chaos unleashed by the otherworldly Citadel, a massive structure that has descended upon the city, spreading madness through the Fog. The newly crowned Empress Eleanor has summoned her knights to uncover the Citadel's secrets and restore peace.

Usurper introduces an innovative "Guard" battle system, allowing players to absorb attacks strategically and turn the tide of combat. Instead of directly losing health, players lose "Guard points," akin to a regenerating shield. Mastery of this system provides a thrilling challenge, rewarding skillful dodging and precise timing. Players can also leverage a reflective shield to convert enemy projectiles into allies, enhancing their arsenal further.
