As he battles foes and explores this alien landscape, players can collect up to 16 unique items — eight active and eight passive. The game embraces a nostalgic, minimal hand-holding approach, encouraging players to uncover secrets and navigate their path independently.

One of the standout features is the innovative multiplayer mechanic. Players can use a special item to summon a doppelganger, effectively doubling their firepower while sharing health.
