The Hero

"The Hero" is an engaging open world action-adventure game that invites players into two distinct narratives set in different ages and cities. The first storyline unfolds in a dark and grimy New York City, where gangs have seized control, usurping both its streets and governmental institutions. Here, players step into the shoes of John Matt, a young man driven by the tragic loss of his wife to gang violence, who seeks redemption and justice. Inspired by his grandfather, a legendary hero, John embarks on a quest to reclaim his city from chaos.

The second narrative transports players to London in 1802, during the Fraser campaign in Egypt. Play as Jack Papesto, a member of the Peace Keepers, as you strive to thwart this military campaign with the assistance of fellow peace activists. The game features richly detailed environments, allowing exploration of an expansive New York with an area of approximately 8680.92 km², and the historical streets of London filled with authentic 1802 experiences.
