Plains of Pain

In an era when humanity thrived technologically, a cataclysmic event unfolded as the sun unleashed devastating solar flares, leading to the swift destruction of Mercury and Venus. Earth followed suit, facing extreme temperatures and chaos. In their cowardice, world leaders abandoned the ordinary populace, retreating with the elite to the safety of space, leaving the rest to fend for themselves in a rapidly disintegrating civilization.

As the landscape of Earth transformed into a barren wasteland, the few surviving humans succumbed to madness, while others formed two rival factions, each vying for control and order. Plains of Pain places you in the role of a neutral survivor, with your only goal being to manage your existence amidst turmoil.

Choose to ally with one of the factions or remain independent as you explore a procedurally generated world filled with perilous zones, unique traders, and numerous quests. Engage in online multiplayer or single-player modes, build shelters, gather resources, and even manage your own dedicated server. With crafting, trading, and survival mechanics at play, the choices you make will dictate your path as you navigate this unforgiving landscape.
