Kristala is an immersive Dark Fantasy Action RPG that invites players into a richly crafted world where you take on the role of a catlike warrior. Your primary mission is to master the ancient magic of the Sacred Six Kristals and prove your strength as you undertake the Raksaka Proving challenge. The game's combat system is both punishing and satisfying, requiring you to block, dodge, and deflect enemy attacks while combining light and heavy strikes. You can cast up to 16 spells and regenerate mana by engaging in melee combat, allowing for strategic and dynamic battles.

Stealth is another vital aspect of Kristala, as you can approach enemies quietly for brutal attacks or soar from above for devastating aerial strikes. The game also features agile feline parkour mechanics that enable you to navigate stunning environments with unique traversal abilities, unlocking new pathways and challenges as you progress through the story.

Customization is key in Kristala; players can tailor their character's appearance and select their clan, which influences magical abilities. As you delve deeper into the lore of Ailur, collecting journal entries and engaging with NPCs, you’ll piece together the history behind the curse affecting the land. Currently in Early Access, the game will be released in episodic format, offering 4-12 hours of gameplay per episode.
