Step into the boots of Marcus “Rookie” Ramsey, a pirate whose ship is wrecked on a mystic island haunted by a gathering storm of curses. Your mission is to reunite with your missing crew — the Angry Mermaids — and pierce the island’s secrets, from ruined temples to sunken coves, before the corruption claims you and every ally you meet.

Explore a world that rewards careful navigation and backtracking: secret passages open after you gain new powers, shortcuts stitch together distant areas, and environmental hazards push you to adapt your tactics. Confront a diverse gallery of foes, from abyssal monsters lurking in shadowed reefs to undead sentries defending sacred grounds and fanatical cultists safeguarding their rites. With more than 80 adversaries across the island and 16 epic bosses standing in your way, no two battles feel the same.

As a fledgling Mark Keeper, Rookie wields the Marks — arcane abilities that alter how you fight, move, and explore. Each Mark reshapes combat rhythms, unlocks unique combos, and can be upgraded with weapons and trinkets rare enough to change entire routes through the island.
