The game features a quarter-view battle map where your strategic positioning is crucial; whether your units are positioned at the forefront, flanks, or higher ground can dramatically impact the effectiveness of your actions in combat.

As you progress, spend Skill Points (SP) to change character classes and unlock Intermediate and Advanced job types, each equipped with unique skills. You can customize your team's capabilities to create a balanced unit that can heal and buff allies or debuff and inflict status ailments on foes. Additionally, players will face “EX stages” that present extra challenges to test even the most seasoned strategy aficionados.
