In Hypothetimania, players join Jeremy on an exhilarating journey through a bizarre world filled with strange creatures and curious landscapes following his escape from an enigmatic laboratory. Plagued by amnesia, Jeremy is determined to uncover his past and the secrets behind the mysterious castle looming in the distance.
As players take control of Jeremy, they will race through imaginative, time-bending levels filled with challenges that test their agility and wit. The primary objective is to reach the end of each stage before Jeremy succumbs to the overwhelming chaos around him. To aid in this endeavor, players can collect Sanity Medallions scattered throughout the levels, which help to restore Jeremy's sanity, allowing him to push forward.
Additionally, players can discover Skill Points which enhance Jeremy's abilities and improve his chances of navigating the perplexing environment. Achieving the best rank by collecting all the medallions and finishing levels swiftly rewards players with extra Skill Points, empowering Jeremy to conquer the wonders and horrors of this whimsical universe.
