EcoGenesis is a captivating 2D black-box ecosystem simulator where your goal is to craft a sustainable environment capable of enduring the test of time. Begin your journey with a single-cell organism and gradually unlock over 100 different animal species, ranging from majestic land-dwellers like bears and elephants to magnificent sea creatures such as blue whales and orcas. Additionally, you can encounter 10+ dinosaur species, including the fearsome T-Rex and the gentle Brontosaurus.

Each creature possesses unique stats that influence its impact on the environment, including resource generation and crafting costs. Upgrade your organisms through three distinct hand-drawn sprites as they evolve. The game features 14 different resources to manage, with a unique sprite for each, crucial for crafting and upgrading your animals.

Balance your ecosystem’s five key traits—water, foliage, herbivores, carnivores, and temperature—as each plays a vital role in your ecosystem's health. With 6 weather conditions and multiple random events, such as floods or benevolent rains, survival demands vigilance and strategy. Complete 30+ missions and earn achievements while striving for one of the three victory conditions: Biomass, Crafting Creatures, or Completing Missions.
