Petris: A Retro Tiling Challenge

Step into the nostalgic world of Petris, a captivating tiling game inspired by the classics of the 80s. Experience the thrill as stripes, either horizontal or vertical, cascade from the sky.

In Petris, your objective is simple yet challenging: combine three strips of the same type to form a square. However, be mindful; you cannot mix horizontal and vertical strips into a single square. As the shapes fall, you have the ability to rotate them and shift their position left or right, strategizing your placements for maximum efficiency.

Your ultimate goal is to create as many full lines as possible. When you successfully complete 10 horizontal squares, that entire line will vanish, causing any blocks above it to tumble down. As you advance, expect the pace to ramp up dramatically, testing your reflexes and decision-making skills.

But beware; if you run out of space and can no longer accommodate falling stripes, your game will come to a halt. Challenge yourself in this exciting and addictive game where quick thinking and spatial awareness are key to becoming a Petris master!
